A SHIP director or administrator for your state or territory will need to approve your request, and this may take up to 5 business days. If you already have an account to log in at shiptacenter.org but do not see the SHIP Resource Library, contact your supervisor to increase your role to SHIP counselor or higher.
The SHIP National Technical Assistance Center (SHIP TA Center) provides training materials and webinars to support all STARS users. Log into The Center's website for the STARS manual, STARS job aids, and archived STARS training webinars. Future STARS training is announced to SHIP directors and SHIP administrators for distribution at the state level. STARS technical support, such as help with usernames, passwords, and the API (Application Programming Interface) technology is provided by Booz Allen Hamilton. Go to the STARS landing page and see Contact the Booz Allen Hamilton STARS Help Desk under "Need Help With STARS."
